Paula Aline Durães Almeida holds a B.A. in Computer Science from University Paulista and B.A. in Physic from University of São Paulo in Brazil.   She specializes in archeometry since 2010 and currently her research is about the X-ray fluorescence in photographic processes of the Museum Paulista (MP-USP) collection. She has experience in X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and PIXE analysis.  She has presented papers in national and international events, having been awarded in 2012 with an honorable mention in the XX Undergraduate Research Symposium at University of São Paulo.   On this occasion, she was awarded the opportunity to present their work at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.  She has two articles published in fluorescence area X-ray characterization of cultural heritage, and an article published in "Scientific and Technological Initiation: The Young Research in Motion IV"  Paula is also member of Research Group: "Paintings Studies and Analyses of the Artistic Palaces of São Paulo Government".
