Sue Ann Chui is an Associate Conservator in the department of Paintings Conservation at the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles where she is specialized in the conservation of panel paintings. Before joining the Getty in 2005, Sue Ann was a post-graduate intern at the Hamilton Kerr Institute, Cambridge University; a Samuel H. Kress Fellow at the Conservation Center, New York University; and an Andrew W. Mellon Fellow at the Walters Art Museum, Baltimore. She earned her BA from Vassar College with a major in Art History and minor in Italian; and an MA in Art History and Diploma in Conservation from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University.
