Abigail Duckor recently graduated with an MSc in Conservation for Archaeology and Museums from University College London. Her previous degrees include an MA in Principles of Conservation, also from University College London, and a BA in Art History and Fine Art from SUNY New Paltz. As part of her most recent degree she held two internships, one at the Oxford University Natural History Museum and one with Glasgow Museums. The dissertation for her MSc degree described the development of values-based treatment documentation for contemporary light-based artworks. She is now completing an Andrew W. Mellon Fellowship in Objects Conservation at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
