Elizabeth S. Peña is an art conservation administrator, museum professional, and archaeologist. She served as Director and Professor, Art Conservation Department, Buffalo State College, State University of New York, from 2004-2009. Prior to this, she held the position of Curator of Anthropology at the Buffalo Museum of Science. Currently, she is Director of the Center for the Arts & Religion and the Doug Adams Gallery at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA. In addition, she is a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of San Francisco for the graduate program in Museum Studies, and she is active in consulting for museums and art conservation projects. Elizabeth holds a Ph.D in archaeology from Boston University
