Julie Ribits is a graduate of the SUNY Buffalo State Art Conservation Program, class of 2016. Julie completed a bachelor's double degree in Art (Printmaking) and Art History (Northern European Renaissance) from the University of Minnesota. Julie's experience includes internships at Kuniej Berry Associates, LLC, The Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, and The Royal Picture Gallery Mauritshuis in The Hague, Netherlands. She completed an NEH Fellowship in Paintings Conservation at the Chrysler Museum and worked as Assistant Paintings Conservator for the Saint Louis Art Museum. Julie is currently the Beverly & Gayl W. Doster Paintings Conservator at the Eskenazi Museum of Art at Indiana University where she partners with the Art, Art History, and Chemistry departments to introduce conservation to IU students.
